Terms and Conditions

Acceptance of Terms

By participating in any retreat organized by Colombia Ayahuasca Retreat (hereinafter referred to as “the Organization”), you agree to the following terms and conditions. Your participation is an acknowledgment of your understanding and acceptance of all outlined terms.

Personal Responsibility

Each participant is solely responsible for their own travel arrangements, personal well-being, and all decisions related to their health and activities before, during, and after the retreat. The Organization, including Colombia Ayahuasca Retreat, AyahuascaRetreat.com, and its founder, Jenny Martínez, assumes no liability for any aspect of your travel or personal life.

Health and Safety Disclaimer

The Organization does not accept responsibility for any accidents, health issues, or incidents that may occur before, during, or after the retreat. All activities are undertaken voluntarily by participants, and any risk or injury incurred is solely the participant’s responsibility.

Medical Advice Disclaimer

Colombia Ayahuasca Retreat does not provide medical advice, treatment, or diagnosis. All participants are responsible for seeking professional medical advice if they have any health concerns before attending the retreat. The Organization cannot be held responsible for any medical issues that arise from participation.

Consent to Participation

By agreeing to participate, you confirm that you have received and understood information about Ayahuasca and its effects. You consent to the experience fully informed of the potential physical, psychological, and emotional impacts.

Age Requirement

Participants must be at least twenty-one years of age. By registering, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.

Confidentiality Agreement

All participants agree to respect the privacy of others and maintain confidentiality regarding personal experiences shared during the retreat. Likewise, the Organization commits to keeping participants’ information confidential unless required by law.

Prohibited Substances and Behavior

The use of alcohol, illegal drugs, and any substances other than those provided as part of the retreat experience is strictly prohibited. Participants are expected to maintain respectful behavior. The Organization reserves the right to remove any participant who disrupts the retreat environment.

Right to Refuse Service

Colombia Ayahuasca Retreat reserves the right to refuse participation to any individual if it is deemed that their involvement may be unsafe for them or others.

Health Screening and Reporting

Prior to participating, all attendees are required to complete a health screening and submit a health report honestly and accurately. By providing this information, participants confirm that all information disclosed is true and that they understand any potential risks associated with the retreat.

Use of Personal Data

All personal data collected for the purposes of health screening or retreat registration is kept strictly confidential and used only to ensure the safety of participants. For more information, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

Assumption of Risk

By choosing to participate, you understand and accept that the retreat involves inherent risks, and you voluntarily assume all responsibility for any potential outcomes, both positive and negative.

No Liability Clause

Under no circumstances will Colombia Ayahuasca Retreat, AyahuascaRetreat.com, or Jenny Martínez be held liable for any accidents, injuries, losses, or other occurrences that may happen during your participation in the retreat.

Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Colombia, and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of Colombian courts.

Refund and Cancellation Policy

To provide flexibility, security, and added value, we ensure that all participants are eligible for a partial refund or rescheduling alternative, regardless of the timing of their cancellation. We also offer exclusive benefits for early bookings to encourage commitment and enhance the retreat experience.

Once-a-Year Scheduled Retreat (6 Days – $1,500)

  • 15% Discount: For bookings made six (6) months or more before the retreat start date.
  • 10% Discount: For bookings made three (3) to five (5) months before the retreat start date.
  • No Discount: For bookings made less than three (3) months before the retreat start date.

Refund Conditions:

  • Cancellations made ninety (90) days or more before the retreat start date: Eligible for a 70% refund or the option to reschedule to the next scheduled retreat at no additional cost.
  • Cancellations made thirty (30) to eighty-nine (89) days before the retreat start date: Eligible for a 50% refund or the option to reschedule to the next scheduled retreat at no additional cost.
  • Cancellations made less than thirty (30) days before the retreat start date: Eligible for a 40% refund or the option to reschedule to the next scheduled retreat at no additional cost.

On-Demand Daily Retreat ($450)

  • 10% Discount: For bookings made three (3) months or more before the retreat date.
  • No Discount: For bookings made less than three (3) months before the retreat date.

Refund Conditions:

  • Cancellations made sixteen (16) days or more before the retreat date: Eligible for a 50% refund or the option to reschedule for a later date at no additional cost.
  • Cancellations made less than sixteen (16) days before the retreat date: Eligible for a 35% refund or the option to reschedule for a future date at no additional cost.

Administrative Fee for Last-Minute Cancellations

To cover processing and management costs, a $50 administrative fee applies to cancellations made within the last seven (7) days for the Daily Retreat and within the last fifteen (15) days for the Scheduled Retreat. This fee will be deducted from the refund.

General Terms for All Cancellations and Rescheduling

If Colombia Ayahuasca Retreat needs to cancel or reschedule a retreat due to unforeseen circumstances, we will notify participants promptly and offer a full refund or alternative arrangements, such as a credit toward a future retreat.

Agreement to Terms

By participating in the retreat, you acknowledge and agree to these terms and conditions, including the Refund and Cancellation Policy, waiving any claims against the Organization for any and all matters related to your participation.
